Nottingham, home to several major universities, offered the ideal setting to introduce our authentic Greek street food to a large student community and a diverse mix of locals and professionals. Surrounded by many well-known international and UK brands, The Souvlaki stands out by offering something truly unique — the taste of traditional Greek souvlaki, freshly grilled and full of flavor.

This flagship-style shop spans two levels, with a comfortable seating area downstairs designed to welcome groups of friends, students, and families alike. It also became the first location to showcase our new design direction, featuring modern signage, a dynamic window screen display, and self-service kiosks.
